Yep, that’s me. In my earlier life, I was a keen gigging indie rock chick, hitting the unsigned London underground circuit with my band. We were good. Very good. Biased? Sure maybe. Modest? ALWAYS and we had a brilliant time for the years we spent ripping up the stage. From festivals to radio show slots, busking and the late nights spent at famously known venues such as the London O2 Indigo, Barfly, 100 Club, Water rats you name it, we gigged there!
And then, well we all got into our 30’s and the professional careers got in the way. We have to grow up sometimes they say. THIS still is the creative me!

I have spent over a decade (round it down not up :)) being all things HR. HR Director, Business Partner, Consultant and Owner. I have been fortunate in my career to travel between the other side of the world to Australia and the UK and most recently living and working in Gibraltar.
My HR career has enabled me to put a very nice practical, organised, and professional twist on my rocking career and further enabled me, to balance the creative me with the down to earth, empathetic and the generally nice ‘soft people person’ me. “People” is the reason I stepped into a career in HR. The 10+ years of my professional career, plus the 10+ years I spent on stage, together fundamentally formed my unique skills base for being a Celebrant!
